as crazy as this is to believe, i am officially a captain?! i am allowed, by the us coast guard, to operate a 50 gross ton vessel. i also have a towing endorsement (maybe, if everything goes wrong, i can work for sea tow??).
hopefully i will never have to use any of these skills...
